1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the coebet website at coebet.vip and all pages, services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by coebet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an Account on coebet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering in your own true legal name with accurate personal information.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended coebet Account.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a coebet employee or contractor.

coebet reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and a hold on any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at coebet's sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or country of residence must be supported by official documentation.

coebet may suspend or close an Account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or if we are required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory body, or a financial institution instruction.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

coebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions must be initiated from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within five minutes during standard operating hours.
• Card withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
• coebet does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

coebet reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. We may temporarily delay processing while such checks are conducted. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method other than one previously used to deposit funds into the Account unless the original method is no longer available and alternative verification is provided.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

coebet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible Account holders. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account after the qualifying deposit has been verified and processed.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion. Live casino, crash games, or sports betting markets may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.

• Players who abuse bonus structures, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying requirements, will have bonuses cancelled and may face permanent Account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Sports Betting

All casino games available on the coebet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to the relevant provider's game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

Sports betting markets, including all BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, and international cricket fixtures, are made available subject to market availability and trading decisions. coebet reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or with manifestly incorrect odds.

• Settle voided bets at stake value only, with no profit payable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of coebet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. coebet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

coebet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages via the Platform where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

coebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
